I didn't really get the chance to talk about my vacation last week soo I'l talk about it now. I had to go away to a 4 day cruise. We left Sunday afternoon to my grandmother's house for a mini-Easter party with food and stuff. Afterwards, I had to endure a 5 hour drive down to Los Angeles to check into the Marriot hotel downtown. My parents had to attend a meeting the next day and we went to Long Beach afterwards to embark on the ship. Dispite the long check-in and paperwork we finally got in. The interior of the ship was nice overall and the atmosphere was calming. Getting food was no problem since it was availiable 24/7. Yeah.. you can order from your room or go outside to the buffets to the deck up top. Every night we had a semi-formal dinner and afterwards a Vegas-style show to see. In the afternoons we just go up top and see the view or eat. We took visits to Catalina Island which was 20 miles off the coast of Long Beach, Ensenada, Rosarita, Mexico. The weather was gloomy in Catalina so we didn't do much. However, in Mexico it was sunny and windy. I bought shutter shades, and 2 more shades there. (a black one and white one) After Mexico it was our last day on the ship; the last day on sea. There was nothing special but we just did sightseeing, went to the workout room, and ate. Disembarking took a while though but we managed to leave safely. We spent time with my cousin's family in Los Angeles and went out to eat with them. Afterwards we left to go home. I arrived back around 11:00 pm so it was late.
